Edward A. Scott BiographyEdward A. Scott has been in the property management department of Gregory D. Bynum and Associates, Inc., since joining the firm in 1998. Mr. Scott is a 1977 graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Soil Science. Prior to coming to Gregory D. Bynum and Associates, Inc., he was a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the Stateof California. Mr. Scott is responsible for oversight of ownership interests in company owned and managed properties. He administers commercial property leases, recommends property improvements, oversees tenant improvements and develops and reviews annual operating budgets. |
