5201 Truxtun Avenue

A 53,950 square foot, three story, professional office building, located on Truxtun Avenue east of Commercial Way. The building, designed by David Milazzo, AIA, incorporates leading edge design criteria including an energy efficient acrylic plaster exterior with reflective glass. The building was originally constructed for Santa Fe Energy Resources and is now 100% leased by Texaco, Inc., and occupied by Berry Petroleum Company and other tenants under subleases with Texaco. This project was sold in 1997 and continues to be managed by Bynum & Associates.
