6001 Truxtun Avenue

The Lake Truxtun Plaza is a 60,000 square foot, single story, medical office condominium complex on eight acres which front Truxtun Avenue. The first 20,000 square foot phase of this project was completed November 1987. The second phase was completed in June 1989. Amidst the fastest growing part of the city, the site’s location just west of Mohawk Street provides excellent access to central Bakersfield. The project is designed with a parking ratio to accommodate medical users. This project was a co-venture of Gregory D. Bynum & Associates, Inc., and the Mercy Hospital System/Catholic Healthcare West.
