3300, 3310, 3320 Truxtun Avenue

Commonwealth Plaza was a three phase development located on 4.5 acres at the northwest corner of Truxtun Avenue and Oak Street. The project consists of a 50,704 square foot, three story, professional office building and two 7,000 square foot retail/restaurant buildings. The buildings and site layout, designed by David Milazzo, AIA, incorporate leading edge design criteria, and state-of-the-art quality building materials including curvilinear reflective glass and granite accents. The building is owned by 1701 Oak Partnership. The County of Kern occupies the majority of the building and is the lead tenant. Other tenants include attorneys, accountants, and architects.
