District Attorney Crime Lab and Family Support Center

The District Attorney Crime Lab and Family Support Center is a four story Class “A” office building with adjacent four story parking structure located on an entire city block in downtown Bakersfield. The project, which was completed in January, 1999, is comprised of approximately 242,000 square feet of building and parking structures. The office building is 107,000 square feet and houses one of the nation’s state of the art forensic labs. The project architecture was by David Milazzo, forensic design by Ruth & Going and parking structure by International Parking Design. The building was constructed by S.C. Anderson, Inc. Gregory D. Bynum & Associates was the project developer and property manager.
