This is a mixed use project of approximately 4.5 acres located on White Lane and Schirra Court. This project contains a Midas Muffler Shop, a Department of Motor Vehicles office, Econo Lube ‘N Tune, Big ‘O Tires and Card Lock Fuels. The project was designed for approximately 40,000 to 45,000 square feet of building area. The Midas Muffler Shop was completed April 1988 and the DMV was completed October 1988. Gregory D. Bynum & Associates was the developer and general partner in the project.
