Truxtun Financial Building
The Truxtun Financial Building, a professional office development of Gregory D. Bynum, was completed May 1, 1985. The two story, 30,000 square foot building consists of rigid steel construction with a Dryvit exterior and curved reflective glass panels. The elegant lobby features a reflective ceiling and elevator with a central dome. Gregory D. Bynum coordinated the land acquisition, architecture, financing, construction, partnership formation, and leasing. Gregory D. Bynum and Associates, Inc, currently manages the property.
