Univision Broadcast Center
 This project is a build to suit 15,237 square foot television Broadcast Center located in the heart of Bakersfield’s prime commercial office market on Truxtun Avenue frontage. The building which is currently under construction will contain state of the art office and support areas. The architect is Milazzo & Associates. The Broadcast Center will contain facilities for KUVI and KABE. Univision Television Group, owner of the new Broadcast Center, maintains an approximate 70% share of the U.S. Hispanic viewing audience.
