Gregory D. Bynum and Associates offers property management services for a number of different property types in the Bakersfield area. The company manages all of the projects it develops for its own account and, depending on the type of project, many of the projects it develops for clients on a fee basis. In addition, it continues to manage properties which it has developed and sold. The firm's property management portfolio currently includes the following types of properties: professional office, medical offices, retail shopping centers, warehouse and residential properties.
